Refund & Cancellation Policy – Shree Shivay Services

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by Shree Shivay Services through:

1. Nature of Services

Shree Shivay Services provides professional business and digital services.
Since our offerings are service-based and customized as per client requirements, refunds are handled under specific conditions.

2. Cancellation Policy

Before Work Begins

If a client cancels the service before work has started, a refund may be issued after deducting any administrative or consultation charges.

After Work Has Started

If cancellation is requested after work has begun, the amount corresponding to the work already completed will be deducted, and the remaining balance (if any) may be refunded at our discretion.

After Project Completion

No refund will be provided once the service/project has been completed and delivered.

3. Advance Payments

Advance payments are required for certain services.
Advances are generally non-refundable, except in cases where work has not yet commenced.

4. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

It will be processed within 7–10 business days.
The refund will be issued through the original mode of payment (if applicable).

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Change of mind after work has started
Delay caused due to lack of required information from the client
Service dissatisfaction without valid justification
Completed and delivered services

6. Client Responsibilities

To avoid delays or disputes, clients must:

Provide accurate and complete information
Review deliverables promptly
Communicate concerns during project execution

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute related to payments or refunds, clients are encouraged to contact us first to resolve the matter amicably.
